Image definition for docker.izazpi.cloud/aml/aml-python, the image every aml script runs
in. A tag vX.Y.Z here builds aml-python:X.Y.Z for amd64 and arm64 and writes the build
report onto that tag's release.

Today the image carries only i7lib, whose one dependency, requests, comes with it.
A new i7lib version reaches the scripts in three steps: tag i7lib, bump the pin here and
tag this repository, then bump imageName in each script's schedule.yaml and tag the script.
