ietxaniz	0d026e5d38	i7lib: send_email, email_status and read_history helpers over the sidecar (prompt 683, plan item 861) ... New module sidecar_calls: retry on 503 and unreachable sidecar with a stable email id, SidecarError instead of silent failure, history series indexed by id and name with null gaps.
